The journey from aspiring game developers and 3D artists to full-time professionals is never easy. It requires dedication, resilience, and a willingness to push the limits of creativity and technical skill. At Genesis Creations, we believe in nurturing talent through real-world challenges, and our Bootcamp program was designed to do exactly that.

We are proud to announce that our first-ever Bootcamp batch has successfully graduated! After months of intensive learning, testing, and hands-on experience, these talented individuals have earned their place as Unity developers and 3D artists at Genesis Creations. But their journey doesn’t end here—together, they are now working on a game project that they designed themselves, which will soon be monetized, allowing them to share in the revenue and see the real-world impact of their hard work.

What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is more than just a training program! It’s a career-defining experience designed to bridge the gap between learning and professional success. Our goal was to create a space where passionate individuals could master the skills needed to thrive in the gaming industry.

Hardcore Learning & Testing

From day one, Bootcamp was designed to simulate real industry conditions. Participants weren’t just attending lectures; they were building, testing, failing, learning, and improving constantly.

Phase 1: Intensive Learning

The program started with an intense learning phase where participants dived deep into:

• Unity Engine & Game Development: Understanding game physics, mechanics, scripting, and UI/UX.
• 3D Art & Animation: Creating high-quality assets, textures, and animations for immersive gameplay.
• Problem-Solving & Optimization: Learning to debug, optimize performance, and ensure smooth gameplay.

Phase 2: Hands-on Projects

After grasping the fundamentals, they were challenged to apply their knowledge to small game projects. These projects were reviewed, analyzed, and improved under expert supervision.

Phase 3: The Ultimate Test

As a final challenge, they were assigned a real-world game project—one that could potentially go to market. This was their opportunity to prove their abilities, creativity, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

The results? A batch of highly skilled developers and artists who not only passed the test but exceeded expectations.
