Privacy and cookies

What we collect, and why.

We collect only what you give us when you get in touch, plus one analytics cookie that you can switch off. This page says what that is, what we do with it, and how to change or delete it.

Last updated 30 October 2026.

What you give us

When you use the Start a project form, the Genesis AI assistant, a guide download or the career form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep your name, your contact details and what you tell us. A person at Genesis reads it and replies. We use it only to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a project note.

What the site collects on its own

Analytics, only if you accept it. Google Analytics shows us which pages help people. It sets two cookies and tells Google your approximate location, your device and the pages you open. Choose "Essential only" and it does not run.
Your settings. Your cookie choice, your Display and accessibility settings and a draft in the AI assistant are saved in your browser. They stay on your device.
Where you came from. If you arrived from a search engine, a social network or an ad, the site notes the source in your browser and adds it to your enquiry if you send one.

Cookies and storage

Who helps us run the site

Webflow hosts the site and stores form submissions. Cloudflare sits in front of it for speed and security. Google provides analytics (if you accept it) and the web fonts. Microsoft 365 holds our email and the meeting-booking page. WhatsApp carries messages you send us there. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

While we are in touch about your enquiry or project, and then no longer than we need it. Job applications are kept while the position is open and for a while after, in case a similar role comes up.
