Accessibility

A website everyone can use.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a screen reader, a keyboard, larger text or less motion. Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site follows the settings on your phone or computer for text size, contrast, motion and transparency, and the Display and accessibility panel, bottom-left on every page, lets you change them here. If something does not work for you, email info@genesiscreations.co or message +971 55 843 3183 on WhatsApp and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply and fix what we can.

What the site does

  • Follows your device: reduce motion, more contrast and reduced transparency are picked up automatically.
  • Text you can enlarge: browser zoom works to 200% and more, and the panel adds two text sizes.
  • Keyboard first: every menu, card and button can be reached with Tab and shows a clear focus ring. A skip link jumps to the content.
  • Plain words, short sentences, and real names on every button and link.
  • Videos are decorative, silent and can be paused. Pictures that carry meaning have a text description.

Known limits

  • Arabic pages are planned and not live yet. The language switch saves your choice for when they are.
  • Some older PDF guides were not made with tags for screen readers. Ask us and we will send a readable version.
  • The 3D product stories need a modern browser. On older browsers the same content shows as plain text.
  • A light colour theme is being considered and is not available yet.

How we check

  • Automated checks (Lighthouse and axe) on the home page and the main pages after every change.
  • A keyboard-only pass and a screen-reader pass with VoiceOver on iPhone and Mac before releases.
  • Your reports. Tell us what failed and on which page, and we will look at it.
