Role Overview:
Support project management by organizing tasks and schedules, Facilitate team communication and maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into manageable tasks and set appropriate timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing budgets and analyzing risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Use project management tools to track working hours, project plans, and expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. +1 year of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a software development industry.
- Basic knowledge of project management lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Good communication skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
