Role Overview
The Odoo Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying client needs, presenting Odoo solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle. The role includes client communication, solution positioning, and coordination with implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable Odoo solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with implementation teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain CRM data with accurate client and opportunity records.
- Monitor sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Stay informed about new features and modules within Odoo.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably ERP or SaaS.
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to understand business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
