Role Overview:
As a Web Development Lead, you will oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications. You'll guide the team in building robust and scalable solutions, collaborating across departments, and setting technical standards to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the MERN stack.

- Review code, debug issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and a deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience mentoring and managing development teams.
