Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Web Development Lead, you will oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications. You'll guide the team in building robust and scalable solutions, collaborating across departments, and setting technical standards to ensure project success. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging projects while mentoring and growing a talented development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect and maintain scalable and efficient web systems and components.
  • Provide mentorship, technical direction, and support to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Review code, debug issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate best practices into the development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and a deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience mentoring and managing development teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends.
