Role Overview:
As a Senior Web Developer (MERN Stack), you will take a leadership role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Collaborate with the Product Manager and designers to prioritize features and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Drive the continuous improvement of development processes, introducing new tools, practices, and technologies where appropriate.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
