Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential markets, customers, and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies, including target-setting and performance monitoring, to meet business objectives.
- Leading negotiations and securing contracts or partnerships that align with company goals.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure business strategies align with company offerings.
- Writing proposals and presenting business cases for potential partnerships or sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals.
- Monitoring key metrics, analyzing performance data, and reporting to senior management on progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a track record of successful deals and partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, client negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Fluency in English Spoken and written.
